Abjected
A downloadable game
Salvation was a lie. None are worthy.
When the heavens opened and the trumpets sounded, you expected paradise. All you got was madness, decay, and an army of angels out to cleanse the world. Now, the God you once loved you fear, the angels you once revered you now fight.Welcome to a brutal ttrpg of divine horror, and desperate survival. In this Text Only Alpha you will discover:
The "Skilless" Engine: A streamlined core d20 system that strips away tedious skill lists, letting your raw, flat Attribute Modifiers drive your checks directly.
Granular Resource Gauges: Track your survival across three distinct, failing pools—Body, Mind, and Soul. Every action has a cost, and hitting 0 means a horrifying and painful death or mutating into a hostile Divine Horror.
Strict 4-Action Economy: Balance grid movement, standard weapon strikes, defensive bracing, and dual-resource class maneuvers to stay alive.
None of the Fluff, All of the Guilt: Choose your burden from 5 Guilt-ridden classes be it the Apostate Vengeant, the Abject Doomsman, the Penitential Prophet, the leechning Compuntious Hospitaller or the lore forbidden Iniquitous Heresiologist.
The Lost Souls: A roster of 4, not 3, not 5 but 4 twisted pre-made enemies for the Game Master to throw at the party to test their builds.
Author's note: By buying this I feel I must give a bit of a warning, the themes and events in this alpha test may be a bit harsh for some people. I strongly advise GM's to go over them with their players and have a session 0 to set some guidelines. we're all in this to have fun so play safe.
